Below you will find some of the towing services available and a few transportation options to assist you while your vehicle is being repaired or serviced with us:
Towing Services

The tow bill can be added to your repair invoice. Please be advised we require a signed authorization to have the vehicle towed to our facility and also require a signed authorization to check-out your vehicle. You can download the form below, or you can hand-write a note with the following information:
- “I am authorizing B&B Muffler and Automotive to tow my vehicle to their repair facility and perform an initial diagnostic. “
- Date the note, and
- Sign the note with the necessary contact information.
Please place the filled out form or hand written note, with signatures, in the vehicle to be towed. If faxing is an option our fax number is (512) 447-4601.
Once the vehicle is delivered to our facility, a Service Writer will call you verifying the vehicle has been received. If this tow was not prearranged, the Service Writer will ask you a series of questions to clarify the failure condition and advise you on what will initially need to be done. The tow charges will be stated and diagnostic check-out fee will need to be approved by you before we can proceed. A phone call will be returned to you in a timely manner with an estimate for correcting the failure. An estimated completion time will also be stated to allow you to make the necessary transportation arrangements.
Rental Car
If you require a rental car, we will be happy to have one set up for you with our local Avis office or you can contact them directly at the phone number below. Please mention B&B Muffler and Automotive to get the best rental rate; you will also need discount code G226500 to get our discounted rate. Prices for rental cars through this AVIS office can vary but are about $21.00 per day for the class A economy car, up to $45.00 per day for the class W SUV.

Loaner Car
We have a couple of loaner cars that we make available to our customers on a first come first service basis. There is no charge to our customers for the use of the loaner car. All we ask is that you return the vehicle with the same fuel level as it was when checked out to you. Full insurance coverage is required to use our vehicles while your vehicle is being repaired or serviced. Please contact our Service Department for availability. Also allow a few extra minutes when dropping off your vehicle to fill out the Loaner Agreement Form.
Shuttle Services
We provide rides to our customers when needed. We try to keep this isolated to the early part of the mornings and later part of the afternoon. However, we will make every attempt to accommodate your needs if given notice.
